Sarah joined Elford Asset Management in 2008 as a Leasing Specialist. Since that time, she has become a District Property Manager, overseeing residential properties in the downtown area. Prior to joining the property management field, Sarah spent four years as a manager in the Hospitality industry.
While working with Elford, Sarah has successfully overseen lease ups of four newly constructed projects, totaling more than 1,000 apartments. She has worked closely with building owners and development teams during planning of new buildings, and has valued input on what is desired in the residential market. She has been successful in training staff members in order to promote from within and she keeps a close relationship with both the maintenance and leasing teams at each property. She has a great understanding of all aspects of Property Management, including building maintenance, tenant relations, accounting and budgeting.
Sarah has held an Ohio Real Estate License since 2011.
