As President, Michelle oversees all aspects of Elford’s property management division and specializes in new development and lease ups of projects through third party ventures, as well as joint venture relationships. She works closely with construction teams through the turnover process of managing stabilized properties.
Michelle has expertise in business development and client relationships, budgeting and forecasting, maintaining stabilized properties with respect to leasing, operations and maintenance, among other day-to-day management needs. She also has expertise in the life cycle of mixed-use developments from initial design through final construction and unit turnover. Michelle is a true leader and has built a successful and reputable multi-family management team from the ground up.
